Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the COVID-19 virus, we felt it was important to reassure you that we are continuing to ensure, we remain operational and that our teams of Consultants, Technicians and Support Staff are working tirelessly to maintain service at this time, in every way possible.
We appreciate the difficulties you currently face with your patients concerns over cross infection and safety, we also understand that it is paramount to decrease or cease human contact at this time. We also appreciate that as a Dental Facility you operate in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything you do. Nevertheless, we like you are paying particular attention to the latest government guidance on the transmission of coronavirus.
New Service offering
During this time, we are offering an out of Hours Service for clients, which will mitigate the need to have too many people within your practice at any one time. We understand the responsibility we have to ensure we keep contact to the very minimal. With your assistance we can combat the ability the virus has to grow within the community and at the same time keep your facility operational.
We will ask on arrival to be informed or guided by your own in-house policies. All our tools and any electronic items we bring into your facility will be disinfected between visits, as all our technicians are currently carrying disinfection wipes as well as being issued with personal PPE as standard. Please forgive us if we don’t shake hands – but we are however happy to do the elbow bump – just ask!
